The WILL Podcast
For Women Lawyers Who Want Freedom, Flexibility and Fulfillment
The WILL podcast is for you if you’ve ever wondered:
- What else can I do with my law degree?
- I’m not sure if I want to stay in law, and I’m not sure I can give it up, but I can’t keep going like I have been. It’s not sustainable.
- How can I make a transition without throwing it all away – the money, prestige, and identity?
If you’re frustrated, feel stuck and are wondering “What else could I even do?” or “What’s the matter with me?” you’ve come to the right place. (Spoiler alert: There’s nothing wrong with you.)
On the WILL Podcast you’ll find:
- Inspiring stories of lawyers creating new paths, in law and out.
- Short episodes with practical tips, tools and a way to put ideas into action.
- Real life journeys of WILL Clients and the changes they made and how they did it.
I’m your host, Elena Deutsch, and here to help you find clarity, confidence and connection. I’m NOT a former lawyer (my dad was a lawyer and I saw it take him out). I created WILL – Women Interested in Leaving (small, medium, big, in-house, etc.) Law to help you discover what else you can do, and experience relief, freedom and fulfillment.
I bring my compassion, years of experience in multiple industries and curiosity to every conversation. My intention is you glean a nugget of wisdom (or two) to help you on your way.
To think… “If she can do it, maybe I can do it too.” Where there’s a WILL, there’s a way. Let’s get you on your way in one of these episodes! 👇🏽👇🏾👇🏿
