Hi! I’m Elena.
I founded Women Interested in Leaving (big) Law (or, WILL) in 2017 after years of coaching lawyers at some of the world’s largest firms. Now I work with women who are exhausted and dissatisfied with their careers in big law.
To be clear: I’m not a lawyer.
My dad was a criminal defense attorney, and as a kid, I thought I’d be a lawyer, too. But after he was arrested for trying to embezzle money from a client, I decided to change career paths.
I wanted to create a meaningful career where I could support myself financially… and also make a difference in the world.
I went from non-profit organizations to working in public health. And then I discovered coaching.
Since then, I’ve helped build 2 multi 6-figure businesses. And now I get to share everything I’ve learned on my journey… with you!
